Early varieties open the strawberry season in May. The fruit is aromatic, deep red and picked several times a week at peak ripeness.
Harvest is chilled immediately after picking and delivered in 250 g punnets or openwork crates for direct sale.
Main-season strawberries in June and July offer the highest yields and the classic, sweet flavour loved across Europe.
They are suitable for fresh consumption, processing, freezing and for the bakery and dairy industries.
