Yellow onion is one of the most traded vegetables worldwide. Well-cured bulbs with dry, golden skin have a strong, aromatic flavour and long shelf life.
We supply calibrated bulbs in big-bags, mesh sacks or crates from the new harvest in August and from stores until late spring.
Red onion has attractive purple-red outer scales and a milder, slightly sweet taste. It adds colour to salads and fresh-cut mixes.
Available from autumn harvest and cold storage through April, packed according to customer requirements.
